  1. Has my order been shipped yet, when I try and track it the post office says:

    "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on "DATE" to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

  2. My order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service, its been 3 days and I do not have my order yet. Why?

  1. Has my order been shipped yet, when I try and track it the post office says:

    If you received a delivery confirmation number from us via email and when you track your order you see that message, please be assured your order was shipped on the date it shows. USPS does not work like UPS or FedEx and they do not track every stage in shipping. There is no more information we can provide you other then what you acquire from USPS.com.

    USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed 2-3 day service, delivery times can vary based on air flights and your location. This is the default shipping option on our website, if you require a guaranteed delivery date please use UPS.

  3. Do you ship out of the USA?
    Yes, please visit www.coastalsilkworms.com/store we ship all products listed on this website labled "WORLD WIDE" in the shipping locations section. If the product says "USA ONLY" these products can not be shipped out of the USA.

  4. How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is calculated based on the total shipping weight of the order and your location or zip code from us. All you need to do is add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, once you have everything put in your zip code or country and the cart will give you the shipping options and prices. To get a shipping quote all that is required is your zip code or country.

  5. What is my order status? I have not received any emails from you.
    Please check your spam box; some email clients will mark our emails as spam. If you do see it in your spam box mark us as a safe sender and you will not have this problem. Other email clients will not accept our emails, in this case use another email address. Lastly you can log into your account and check the status of your order under your order history. If it says shipped, then your order has been shipped. If you did not place your order online you will not be able to see it in your order history online.

  6. If I order today when will my order ship?
    We ship Monday thru Wednesday only; our cut off time is 10am EST on Wednesday. If your order goes in after this it may not ship until the following Monday.
