Shipping

Our default shipping method is FedEx. USPS Priority Mail (not a guaranteed 2-3 day service and may take longer to some locations). All live orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday, for all shipping methods. We make every effort to ship the same day as long as we receive your order by 10am EST, Monday - Wednesday and your order is in-stock. If your order is received after our cut off, we make every effort to ship your order out ASAP on the next available business shipping day. FedEx overnight orders can be shipped on Thursday most weeks, but you must call to confirm shipping. You'll receive a delivery confirmation number (DC#) or tracking number with (FedEx) with every order via an automated email at the time of shipping. All live silkworms are shipped with food to eat during transit; this insures your order will arrive with a gut full of food. By the time you receive the silkworms all food should be gone.

Our shipping prices are calculated on the weight and postal code we'll be shipping to. Our automated shopping cart will automatically calculate the different shipping options for you. Just add the items you wish to purchase; on the next page you can see the shipping rates and choose the best option for you.

International Shipping

Items marked "WORLD WIDE" are products we can ship out of the US. We offer no guarantee on any order once we ship it; this means if your country requires special paperwork you're to provide this to us before making your order. Our prices do not include any customs or taxes your country may impose on you. We ship via FedEx and your local postal service, all orders that include anything live IE silkworm eggs MUST be shipped via FedEx / DHL or Global Express Mail (no guarantee on Express Mail). International Priority Mail is available for heavy weight items like bulk powdered mulberry food. Priority mail international is available for use with all "WORLD WIDE" items at your own risk. We advise you do not use the priority service for any order that includes eggs or worms we will not be able to offer an guarantee on this service.
